The Tarrytown Meetings

J. P. Harpignies, a writer/editor, conference producer and environmental activist, is an associate producer of the annual Bioneers Conference (www.bioneers.org). A former program director at the New York Open Center, he is the author of three books: Political Ecosystems, Double Helix Hubris, and, most recently, Delusions of Normality; the editor of the collection Visionary Plant Consciousness, and associate editor of the Bioneers books Ecological Medicine and Nature's Operating Instructions. J.P. also founded and co-produced the Eco-Metropolis Conference in New York City and taught taijiquan in Brooklyn, NY, for 25 years.
