Dabrock reviews the concept of "Playing God" and concludes that theological concepts of sin and creation are more apt theological frames for reviewing synthetic biology. The entire paper is worth reading as it is a good discussion of these issues from a Reformed theological point of view. Dabrock has served on some of the related taskforces of the World Council of Churches.
